After a performance hailed by the jury and the public on the stage of the MC2 Auditorium in Grenoble on March 17 during the academic final, Alphanie Midelet, doctoral student at the University of Grenoble Alpes (UGA), convinced the jury to the national semi-final in Paris on April 8 and has just won the Jury's first prize in the national final of the My thesis in 180 seconds (MT180) competition on May 31, 2022, organized by the CNRS and France Universities in partnership with the University of Lyons. She is also qualified for the international final of the competition which will take place in Montreal on October 6th.

During the academic final, on March 17, she won the 2nd prize of the jury, and especially the public prize which opened the doors to the national semi-final in Paris on April 8 and 9 alongside Clara Laborie, doctoral student at the Center for studies and research applied to management (CERAG - UGA – Grenoble INP-UGA), 1st jury prize. Unsurprisingly, she convinced the Parisian jury with her thesis subject: "Treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome by continuous positive pressure: study of remote monitoring data to understand the impact of treatment modifications and predict acute events". .
