The May grants from the Jane and Aatos Erko Foundation focused on applications in the fields of technology. These accounted for € 8.1 million of the total grant for seven projects, including two grants for medical technology projects. "The importance of the Foundation's long-term assistance activities, which also enable new openings and risky projects, will be further emphasized this year," concludes Nils Ittonen , Chairman of the Foundation's Board . "Alongside strong medical research, the foundation's goal is to raise the award profile in the field of technology," Ittonen continues.
