The European Commission has chosen 159 initiatives to receive funding through the Erasmus+ Capacity Building for Higher Education program, which is dedicated to enhancing the quality of higher education and promoting its modernisation across third countries.
In a recent statement, the EU Commission said that in the current selection of projects, over 2,500 individuals involved in higher education across nearly 130 EU countries will collaborate, SchengenVisaInfo.com reports.
According to the same authority, the allocated budget for this year, amounting to €115.3 million, will also be used to support several initiatives.
