The Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) will use income statistics made by the Confederation of Danish Employers (DA) in application processing in order to decide if an offered job is within the Danish standards for salary.

Through a statement, SIRI announced that the new income statistics consist of information from the second quarter of this year and will take effect for requests submitted from October 1, 2023, SchengenVisaInfo.com reports.

It is expected that, in the future, the income figures will be updated every quarter, and the next update will become effective from January 1, 2024.
